Park Nicollet Health Services is an integrated care system that serves the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. Its operations include Methodist Hospital, which has some 430 beds and offers a range of general, surgical, and specialty health care. Also part of the health system is Park Nicollet Clinic, a network of 30 facilities in the Minneapolis area that provide primary care as well as specialized services. Park Nicollet is based in St. Louis Park, Minn., and has more than 9,000 employees in both clinical and administrative positions.

Park Nicollet was utilizing the Lawson Enterprise Suite and subsequently, the applicant tracking functionality provided therein to support its recruiting, staffing and on-boarding needs.
